Tenant - Emergency Repairs
Urgent Maintenance Instructions
If you have emergency maintenance needs outside of our normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM), please follow these instructions:
Assess the Situation: Determine if the issue may cause harm or if it can wait until the next business day. If it can wait, email your property manager with details and photos, or call our office at 03 6343 4361.
Emergency Issues: If the issue cannot wait, contact the appropriate tradesman below. They will troubleshoot over the phone to confirm if the maintenance is an emergency.
Important Reminders: If a tradesman is called out, notify your property manager in writing. If the issue is not an emergency, you will be charged a call-out fee. Allow the tradesman to troubleshoot the issue over the phone before attending. They will decide if immediate attention is needed or if it can wait until the next business day.
