Accept an offer - Once you accept a satisfactory offer, we will manage the after sale process, including necessary paperwork, inspections, and coordination with all parties involved.
Finalise the sale - Congratulations, your property is sold! We will assist you with the final steps of the transaction through to settlement, ensuring a smooth and successful sale.
