Step 7 – Accompanied Viewings & Open for Inspections
Prospective tenants will view your property through our open for inspections or by private viewing.
You will be updated following each open for inspection and private viewing. Regular updates are provided on prospective tenants, market condition and applications.
Step 8 – Receiving an Application
As soon as an application is received we:
- Contact all references which include previous/current landlords, current and previous employers, check income status (wages slips, bank account statements, accountant details) and establish that the tenant will or will not be suitable.
- Contact you to communicate full details along with any special conditions and advice to help you decide whether or not to accept.
Step 9 – Application Approved
Once you accept an application we will do the following
- Arrange signing of Tenancy Agreement 24 – 48 hours of approval
- Collect moving-in payment (rent + bond)
- Register deposit with RDA

Step 10 – Move in
Upon completion, keys and condition report will be released to the tenant on moving-in day.
